Today is actually day three of my HCG use, as for those who are unaware, the first two days are the load phase where you eat way too much junk food before the real challenge sets in. Now the real challenge starts as I will have to change what I eat, how much I eat and find out have dedicated I am to taking back my physical fitness.
My goal is to drop back under 175 pounds and ultimately down to the 160 pound range. I will start with the HCG diet plan and as I get near 175-180 pounds, I will really start hitting the gym. I do plan to utilize Gold's Gym 3-5 days per week to walk on the treadmill and use the cardio machines, moderately, and hope to speed up my weight loss and ultimate chance for success.
